Built in 1981, the Association has been operating under the same canopy under
which it was originally established. We are working with the Board of Directors
to change the direction of the Association and to establish some long range plans.
We are helping to complete the hurricane restoration efforts; updating their
on-site rental and timeshare programs; supervising the siding replacement program
and the installation of high-speed Internet service. We are preparing a schedule
for the routine and daily maintenance of their buildings and grounds to protect
their investment, put energy programs in place to produce savings on their utility
services and supervising their Reserve Fund growth.
