We have been working with the Board of Directors to prepare a routine maintenance program for their building and grounds, establish energy programs to reduce their common area costs, and assist them in building on their Reserve Fund to protect their investment.  We also participated in the recently completed $2.5 million dollar renovation project to replace roof, windows, doors and upgrades to the pool and other areas on property.
