When we took over management of this property in late 1996,
the community had just survived two devastating hurricanes back to back; the
managing agent had left the property and the community was going through a stressful
time. Through our management of the on-site sales, rentals and property management
for this community to date, we have increased re-sales, established conservation
programs that are saving the Association money, established a maintenance program
for the scheduling of routine and daily maintenance of the building and grounds
to keep the property in pristine condition. In addition, we continue working
to increase revenues to the owners, improve guest and homeowner relations, maintain
a solid track record of repeat guests and improve the Community's overall image. |
