The Tetterton Management Group is a versatile Resort and Hotel Management and Sales Company. The Group has a proven track record in Resort Property and Hotel Management, Real Estate Sales, Construction and Development.

Established as the Carteret Rental Agency in 1978 with one employee and 50 properties, the Group has grown to a dynamic force in the coastal real estate communities employing 56 full time and 120 part time members with over 700 properties in their rental program. The Sales Division, Omni Real Estate, was added in 1985, the HLT Construction Division in 1989, the Development Division in 1994 and the Association Property Management Division in 1996.

The Group has carefully involved itself in a variety of community oriented projects, always keenly reading potential trends and moods to accurately prepare for each transition. It was this concept that played a key role in establishing the Group as a year-round rental service and property management team. Having found the right mix of high tech corporate organization and aggressive, small business ambition and motivation, the Tetterton Management Group provides unsurpassed service. They know the requirements of an area that offers a variety of tourist and family attractions.

The Group has five offices from the Crystal to the Treasure Coasts. Each office is managed by a licensed real estate broker. Each location under the Tetterton Management Group canopy has turned a profit every successive year-always increasing their gross sale, but never loosing track of the service they have obligated themselves to provide to each new Member of their Group.
