Jon is originally from New Jersey, but spent most of his life in the Shenandoah Valley. He fell in love with the beautiful Crystal Coast while vacationing here in the 1980’s and when he saw the houses nestled in the woods of Pine Knoll Shores, he knew that it was where he wanted to be! Jon bought his house in Pine Knoll Shores in 1995.

In addition to his love for the beach, he likes to play golf and loves animals, though his true passion is flying. He’s a licensed single and multi-engine pilot with a seaplane rating and has enjoyed flying all over the southeastern coast! He has also found time to belong to Big Brothers, Coast Guard Auxiliary, and Civil Air Patrol in the past.

Jon feels most satisfied when helping others to obtain their dreams and decided to pursue Real Estate to help people with one of their biggest dreams of all! He has remodeled homes since high school and his familiarity with home design, distinctive features, and building codes is a great asset for his clients.
