At takeover, the property was going through the transition from developer control to homeowner association control.  We helped the Directors prepare a routine maintenance program for the common area buildings and grounds; establish energy programs to reduce the common area costs; continue building on their Reserve Fund to protect the Members’ investment; establish rules, regulations and an Architectural Committee to oversee the aesthetics and continuity of the community.
