This property is a 56 unit Motel located in the heart of Morehead City, North Carolina.  Our organization was approached by the owner, Pelican Point Properties, LLC, to take over management of this Motel at purchase.  We are presently running a 76% occupancy rate year-to-date and have increased the Average Daily Rate by 23%.  We are working with the owner to renovate the Motel and make capital improvements to enhance this property.
