Pine Knoll Townes 1 is one of the oldest condominium complexes in Atlantic Beach, North Carolina.  Since development, this Association has either self-managed or used small, local real estate companies to handle some of the Association’s duties. We have been working with the Board of Directors to oversee numerous restoration and enhancement projects; prepare a routine maintenance program for the buildings and grounds; establish energy programs to reduce the common area costs; assist the Directors in building on the Association’s Reserve Fund to protect the Members’ investment and in general, just revitalizing their community. Several of the owners have joined our rental program and are enjoying working with our Rental Division Staff.
