ERA Tetterton Management Group's vacation rental program provides professional service with many years of experience. We have been serving homeowners on the North Carolina Coast for over 23 years. We have four office locations in North Carolina to serve you. One in Atlantic Beach, two offices in North Topsail Beach at the Villa Capriani and the St. Regis Resort, and one in the Indian Beach/Salter Path area at Summer Winds.

We relieve you, the owner, of all the daily management concerns and record keeping, while keeping you completely informed about your investment. We provide concise, complete monthly bookkeeping records and annual summaries as needed. We utilize the newest computer technologies for our booking and record keeping processes.

We continuously advertise your property in many different media types including offering direct online booking to Internet customers.

We have a large, full service reservations and housekeeping staff to meet the needs of our owners and guests. We carefully screen prospective tenants and promote a family vacation atmosphere. We monitor the condition of your property throughout the tenancy. We take care of routine maintenance items such as A/C filters and light bulbs and we maintain annual inventories of your property.
