We were tasked with bringing the Association’s hurricane restoration efforts to closure and work in tandem with the Directors of the Homeowners Association to bring their property back to its pristine state after each severe storm.  We have worked with the Board of Directors to prepare a routine maintenance program for their building and grounds; established energy programs to reduce their common area costs; assisted them in establishing rules, regulations and an architectural committee to protect their community and continue to help them grow their Reserve Fund to protect the Members’ investment.
