We have been working with the Board of Directors to transition the Association from private to professional management; prepare a routine maintenance program for the building and grounds; establish energy programs to reduce the common area costs, and assist the Directors in building on their Reserve Fund to protect the Members’ investment.  We also participated in the restoration program to replace the roof, skylights, windows, doors and other enhancements to their community.
