We have been working with the Board of Directors to transition the Association from private to professional management; prepare a routine maintenance program for their building and grounds; establish energy programs to reduce their common area costs; and assist the Directors in building on the Association’s Reserve Fund to protect the Members’ investment.  We also participated in the restoration program to replace the roof, skylights, windows, doors and other enhancements to their community.
