Topsail Dunes is a community that also survived the two back-to-back hurricanes of 1996 and the severe storms that have followed. We have been heavily involved in their restoration efforts since our involvement with their Association in February of 1998 and have worked in tandem with the Directors of the Homeowners Association to bring their property back to its pre-hurricane state and to keep it that way.  We have set up a schedule for the routine and daily maintenance of their buildings and grounds to protect the Members’ investment, put energy programs in place that produce savings on utility services and established a reserve program.  This property has appreciated in value every year since.
