Please note that this property is managed by the Home Owners Association, however, the real estate company you have rented from is responsible to ensure that you receive everything that had been advertised. Any differences should be brought to the realtor's attention and not that of the HOA.
Important: This property is privately owned and management not only reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, but also to evict any person or persons who create a disturbance or becomes a nuisance.
All vehicles (including visitor) must display a parking permit at all times. This includes long term residents. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner's expense.
Please do not remove anything from your room. (Examples: towels, glasses, silverware, etc.)
Please caution children about playing in elevators, as this creates delayed service for everyone. Misuse of alarm systems will result in a fine of $500.00
You are required to empty your own trash. Trash bags are to be inserted in the shoot at the end of each corridor. Please do not leave bags in hallways or on the trash chute room floor.
Push carts are available in the lobby of each building for your convenience. Please be considerate and return these to the lobby after each use.
Do not enter the main lobby after the use of swimming facilities. There are side elevators to be used for such events. Also rafts, beach chairs and other furniture are to be carried onto the side elevators only.
Please do not take glass bottles or glasses onto the beach, corridors or into the swimming pool area.
Please assist our security staff by ensuring that you have your ID colored bracelet it is visibly displayed when walking or using the facilities on the property. You will be requested to leave certain areas if you do not have your ID bracelets with you.
Please be considerate to your fellow guests and do not make excessive noise after 11:00 pm.
Do not place wet towels and swim wear in corridors or over balcony rails.
In case of a fire call the Front Desk immediately. Pull the fire alarm in the hall call 911 leave your unit closing the door behind you, but leaving it unlocked. Use the stairway to get to the ground level.
Its against fire regulations to barbecue in units or on the balconies. It is also against regulations there are to be no obstructions of any kind on the sidewalks, elevators, stairways, or corridors. Item will be removed and discarded.
NO floats or rafts are allowed in pools.
Fireworks are prohibited on the St. Regis Property.
No pets are allowed on the property.
The use of scooters, roller blades, skates, etc. is strictly prohibited along corridors and passage ways.
Owners, guests and renters (including children) shall not appear in the main lobbies or public rooms unless properly attired and wearing footwear at all times.
Person under the age of 21 are not permitted to purchase any alcoholic beverages at any bar located in the common area.
No person under the age of 16 is to be admitted into the hot tub. No person under the age of 16 is to be admitted in the fitness room or sauna unless accompanied by an adult.
Climbing on dunes will result in large fines issued by the North Topsail Police Department.
