To confirm or hold a reservation, we require one half
(50%) of the
total rent. Your balance of rent, along with all other
taxes & fees is due no later than 30 days prior to check-in. Advance
Payments can be made by phone using an approved credit card or can be held
for 10 days to allow for the payment to reach us by mail. If payment
is not received within 10 days, the reservation will be automatically
cancelled without notice.
In addition to your rental fees, a $50.00
to $200.00 security/damage deposit is required. This amount will be
refunded by mail after departure provided there are no damages, phone
charges, or other applicable fees not paid at checkout.
Our 1, 2, & 3 Bedroom Condominiums are individually
owned and are tastefully furnished.
We have three categories of units: Ocean Direct Deluxe, Ocean View and Ocean Front. These
categories generally refer to the location of the unit within the Resort.
