Summer Winds Website
To confirm or hold a reservation, we require one half
(50%) of the total rent. Your balance of rent, along with all other
taxes & fees is due no later than 30 days prior to check-in. Advance
Payments can be made by phone using an approved credit card or can be held
for 10 days to allow for the payment to reach us by mail. If payment
is not received within 10 days, the reservation will be automatically
cancelled without notice.
In addition to your rental fees, a $50.00
to $200.00 security/damage deposit is required. This amount will be
refunded by mail after departure provided there are no damages, phone
charges, or other applicable fees not paid at checkout.
Our 2, 3, & 4 Bedroom Condominiums are tastefully
furnished and come equipped with extras such as: dishwasher, icemaker, and washer and
dryer in every unit.
Our units fall under two categories: Direct Oceanfront and Oceanfront. The Direct
Oceanfront unit settings provide you with magnificent beach and ocean views. The
Oceanfront units overlook the beautiful
courtyards and pools, while still providing you with a panoramic view of the ocean. Either
unit provides you with an enjoyable and unforgettable Summer Winds vacation..
We know from experience that
once you visit Summer Winds, you will never settle for less in a beach vacation. We are
very proud of our reputation for having the finest and most extensive resort facility on
the North Carolina Crystal Coast
as well as
providing the utmost in service. We know you will be welcomed by our Front Desk Staff, by
our our Security Personnel, who are on duty 24 hours, Pool Attendants, Sports Complex
Staff, Housekeepers, Bartenders, or Maintenance People. So, let us show you how to relax,

ISSUES:
Departure Housekeeping service is provided to
ensure all units are
uniformly cleaned and sanitized to allow you a relaxing vacation
experience. The cost of this service is built into the rental rate.
A
one-time basic linen setup/supply is provided with each reservation.
A non-refundable $35 Administrative Fee
is charged per reservation.
