Villa Capriani Rules and Regulations – Renters / Guests

WELCOME TO THE VILLA CAPRIANI! With your cooperation, all owners, family members, guests and renters will have an equal opportunity to enjoy the many benefits our unique vacation spot offers. Follow these rules and we can all share in your wonderful adventure on North Topsail Beach:

1. EMERGENCY FIRE AND PROTECTION: In case of fire: Call 9-1-1, your location is your unit number, Villa Capriani, 790 New River Inlet Road, North Topsail Beach. Leave your unit, Close the door behind you, but leave the door unlocked. Alert other occupants on the floor. Use the stairway- DO NOT USE THE ELEVATOR. Inform the front desk of the emergency.

2. OCCUPANCY: Residential units are limited to occupancy. This information was provided to you on your Reservation Confirmation Form. Visitors of rental guests are not permitted to use the common area facilities. Violators will be asked to leave the property.

3. CHILDREN: The Villa has provided appropriate and safe places for children to run and play. For everyone's safety and enjoyment of the resort, children are prohibited from running and playing in the public rooms, corridors, elevators, or stairways.

4. ATTIRE: Proper clothing and footwear are required in the main lobby and public rest rooms of the resort. Wet suits are not allowed.

5. PARKING: Parked vehicles may not block access to the fire hydrants, sidewalks. Pedestrian crossing areas or designated fire lanes. The vehicles will be removed from the non-parking zones at owner's expense. Parking passes are required on property.

6. PETS: NO PETS ALLOWED! This is North Carolina Health Department and Condominium Declaration Regulation.

7. POOL: Hours of operation are posted and monitored. Identification tags are required. The area is monitored and you will be asked to leave if you do not have the pool tags with you. All owners, guests and tenants use pool at their own risk. THERE ARE NO LIFE GUARDS ON DUTY. Children must be accompanied by adult. Keep off rocks in the pool areas. Glass breakable containers, blunt objects and oversized or x-large floating devices at or in the pool are prohibited. Pool furniture is not to be removed or reserved.

8. TENNIS COURT: Identification tags are required. The area is monitored and you will be asked to leave if you do not have identification tags with you. Players must wear smooth sol tennis shoes on the court. Food, beverage, breakable containers, trash and debris are prohibited from the court.

9. Noise: House parties are prohibited. No musical instruments, televisions, radios, etc. shall be played above a normal listening level.

10. TRASH: All household garbage and refuse is to be placed in plastic bags, securely tied and deposited in the dumpsters which are located on either side of the building in the front of the parking lot. Do not leave trash bags in the hallways or stairways. Any spillage is to be cleaned up immediately.

11. BALCONIES: Towels, clothing, etc. shall not be hung form the balconies or draped across outdoor furniture.

12. GRILLING: Use of barbecue grills is prohibited on balconies, in the hallways, on the parking lots and on the beach. Use designated grills provide on the A and B sides of the building, in the back of the parking lot.

13. SKATE BOARDS/SCOOTERS/ROLERBLADES/SKATES: Not allowed on property.

14. BEACH: Never use the dunes for access to the beach. Crossing the dunes is prohibited by Local, State, and Federal Laws. This regulation is strictly enforced. Glass Containers are prohibited on the beach. There is also a public beach access north of the Villa, please use this access to enter the public beach area. Leave only your footprints-NO LITTER.
