Cutely decorated, spacious two bedroom, two bath unit ocean view condo in Indian Beach with fresh paint and new furnishings. The master bedroom holds a king size bed, the second bedroom a queen size bed and there is a sleeper sofa. This unit has a large living/dining/kitchen area with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Other features are a private covered balcony, TV's with HBO, VCR/DVD, dishwasher, microwave and a stackable washer and dryer. Reservations of 5 nights or more include linens. Unit rents Sunday to Sunday. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
NO PETS ALLOWED.
Colony by the Sea is located in Indian Beach, between Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. Indian Beach is a quiet beach that’s close enough to either end of the island to have lots of options for fun, but far enough away so it’s not too crowded! The complex offers an outdoor swimming pool, sauna, outside grills & showers and elevators.
CBS is a smoke free/vape free community including all common areas, beach front decks, individual unit decks, the pool picnic area and the parking lot.
Renters are not allowed to smoke inside the condos.
