Have a wonderful time at the beach staying in this beautiful two bedroom unit. NEW FLOORING AND LIVING ROOM FURNITURE. This condo has a queen bed, one double and one twin. This unit has many repeat customers; the price is right, the view fantastic, and the unit cozy. The bathrooms are fresh and modern, with walk in showers in both. Reservations of 5 nights or more include linens and towels with beds made. Unit rents Saturday to Saturday. Located in Building B. NO PETS ALLOWED.
Summer Winds provides an amazing number of recreational amenities that make it "the vacation spot" of choice for renters year after year. Available for your leisure are three large outdoor pools with tanning decks; a heated indoor pool; both indoor and outdoor hot tubs; men and women's saunas; as well as a professionally equipped exercise facility. Our sports complex center also features racquetball, basketball, and lighted tennis courts to cater to the active competitors in your family. There is also an arcade with a snack bar. NO BOAT PARKING.
Additionally, Summer Winds offers an ideal setting for groups and meetings with its conference facilities, lounge, and security staff. Nearby you'll enjoy local dining, golf courses, and shopping.

Great resort. Not great unit.
Mixed bag. The resort was awesome. Staff was great. Unit was a huge disappointment. No water when we arrived. Kitchen was very poorly stocked. There were 4 dinner knives available. Bathroom are small and no place to hang up wet towels. No hooks anywhere to hang beach towels, keys, hats etc. The couches were new and fine but beds were not comfortable. Especially in the second bedroom. The old dining room furniture is not beach friendly. Did not want to sit on embroidered chairs with wet bathing suits. We have stayed in over 30 beach condos and resorts. This resort rates high but unfortunately not the unit.

Perfect!
We were very happy with this vacation rental. The decor is very modern and everything was clean and organized. The view of the beach was amazing! Our boys (17 yrs old) loved the big TV and super fast wifi also. Definitely would recommend!

Summer Winds 333 Family Vacation
Had a great time overall. Great views of the beach and directly over the pool. Short walk to both. Kitchen could use more (and better) pots/pans/bowls. There are NO knives that cut anything besides butter. There is no space for storing your groceries as the few cabinets are full of junk. Property listed that it slept 6 and listed the couch as a sleeper sofa. There were even sheets provided for it, but there was no sleeper sofa. I emailed the property management day 1 and got a reply that simply said that the owner replaced the sleeper sofa with a new couch and no one had updated the website. Had to use an air mattress.

Great Week in the Sun
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Summer Winds 333. The unit met our exceeded our vacation needs with only a slight drawback with the queen in the master. Even so, I would rebook this unit again in the future if available. I love using Realty World First Coast Realty for my vacation needs.

Beautiful Condo!
The condo was very clean upon arrival and beautifully decorated. The view of the ocean was incredible and we would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to vacation in the area.

The Happy Place at Indian Beach
The unit was clean and is in a perfect location for viewing the pool and the ocean. I have 2 recommendations both bedrooms need room darkening shades or drapes. The light filters through making it difficult to sleep for people who like the dark. The kitchen needs bowls with lids for leftovers and an Air fryer would be nice. Loved the goody bag from realty company.

A beautiful private resort with an amazing view of ocean.
The condo had everything we needed and was well maintained. The mattresses aren’t very comfortable but other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property pools and grounds are pristine. The view from the balcony is breathtaking whether the day is sunny or rainy. So enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony.

Resort is a gem!
Summer winds is a well maintained gated resort right in the beach with tons of amenities. The condo itself needs updating especially in the kitchen. Several drawers were falling apart in the kitchen but it was well stocked with everything needed to cook. The owners should find a different cleaning company as the condo was dirty when we got there. I had to clean the sticky countertops and table before putting anything on them. There were empty water bottles under the primary bed and the living room furniture as well as dust hanging from the primary popcorn ceiling. The condo was in a great location and we enjoyed sitting on the deck in the morning looking at the ocean. We had a great vacation and would definitely recommend summer winds to friends. We would love to stay at this resort again.

Great location......
We loved our stay and vacation. The pools were great, the condo was clean. I found myself wanting to redecorate (living room furniture was comfortable but very old). The kitchen needed some love and re-organizing. It was missing a lot of things I would have expected and we had no place to store our food. Those were just small things though. The space felt larger than most 2 bedrooms condo's, they just needed stools at the counter for the kids to sit while I cooked.

Summer vacation
The realty was top notch and friendly .. They made the rental process quick and easy. The property was well kept and the complex was five star. I only wish I could have stayed longer. And recommend realty world to all.

Fabulous Views
Summer Winds was a wonderful result with lots of amenities. Gated area with security always near.We had a fabulous view of the pool and ocean from our unit, with a nice size balcony. Realty world was great to work with, one of our keys did not work & an agent come to the unit with another key. My only complaint- the unit it self could use some updating & some TLC other than that all was fabulous.

Good Stay
We loved the condo. It was clean. I brought my linens so be aware that the fold out sofa is a queen and one of the beds that looks like a twin is a full size bed. There were no blankets and the comforters on the beds need updating. Access to the beach was easy. Outdoor pools were nice and very clean and the indoor pool and game room were great for the kids.

Beautiful ocean view!
Spent four days here with my husband and two grandkids. Unit was clean. This unit is very close to the beach and pool. Very relaxing to sit on balcony and watch/listen to the waves.Property is in good condition - couch a little dated.Unit was clean.Close to beaches, shopping, and restaurantsManagement company was easy to work with.
