Keeping up with the kids is easy in this courtyard unit! Two bedroom courtyard unit with a view overlooking the outdoor pool and water slide. Bright beach colors accentuate the condo for the coastal experience. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with private bath, the secondary bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top) and another twin bed. Fully stocked kitchen with appliances and utensils, a Keurig coffee maker and a small compact washer & dryer. A Place at the Beach offers family fun for everyone: outdoor pool with water slide, outdoor hot tub, indoor pool with hot tub, tennis courts, mini golf... You won't need to leave! Reservations of 5 nights or more include linens. This property is a Sunday to Sunday rental. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Needs Attention
For the price we paid, I expected so much more. The place hadn’t been cleaned in a while. The floor was dirty, carpet dingy, blankets and drapes sweaty, shower curtains filthy and the return air was caked in dust. Upon checkout, I was called multiple times asking if we vacated the property. After explaining I had, I was told my party was still in the unit when the cleaning crew came. We we’re almost home and told the police would be called. I was called again to say that the next guests had somehow got the keys and checked in early. This was very distressing to me. I won’t rent from this company again. I didn’t like being accused of not checking out.

Relaxing and Rejuvenating Vaca
Our unit was in an excellent location- near the pool and beach, which is where we spent all of our time. It was a breeze to move in and out of. We had a wonderful time. The amenities were excellent.

Big Rock 2020
We had a good stay. Room could use a few updates. Washer and dryer couldn’t run at the same time. I’ve stayed in several other condos at this resort and this is only the case in this one. Overall I would recommend to others.

A great place to stay!
A great place to stay! The condo was great for our family of 4. And our boys loved going to the pool and waterslide after the beach! The hot tub was nice too to warm up since it was early in pool season!

Family Vacation Experience
I've stayed at "A Place at the Beach" several times and always managed to have a wonderful stay. With me being very much pregnant this stay the location of this unit couldn't have been more perfect and convenient for me. While the room was livable I was very disappointed at the cleanliness of the place especially for the amount of money we paid for the unit. The unit did not come with sheets as that was an additional cost. I guess I should have figured no sheets, there would be no towels either. The comforters that were on the beds along with the pillows and cases just looked dirty and worn out, def need to be updated. It didn't look like anyone has ever vacuumed under the couch or any furniture for that matter. The bathrooms were not the cleanest in the world. Its without a doubt a great location & great view of the outdoor pool, but I would just recommend a little TLC to the place esp. for the cost of the unit.

Just right !
We had a great stay! The location of this condo within the complex is super convenient—easy to unload stuff from the car, steps to the pool, and close to the beach! That made everything easier with small kids. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The coffee maker died during our stay, but management staff was there within the hour to replace it with a new one! In addition to the pool and beach, we enjoyed onsite minigolf and games. Great for kids.

Great experience
The unit was great as well as the location. My only suggestion would be to update the window treatments to better filter the heat of the afternoon sun as well as the nighttime lighting from the pool and hallway. Overall, it was wonderful and we will return next year.

Convenient and clean.
The place was great! We enjoyed a very cold New Year's weekend. The space was plenty for our family of 4. It has a little wear and tear but nothing out of the ordinary. It was clean and convenient. Had a great time! I wish it had an ocean view but that can't be helped.

From the moment I arrived to A place at the beach. I just knew I was going to have an awesome stay. The realtors were really nice and helpful. The room was really huge, clean, and made me feel at home. My family and I enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool, and amazing scenery. Everyone was really nice. Thanks for the amazing time.
