Keeping up with the kids is easy in this courtyard unit! Two bedroom two bath (shower/tub) courtyard unit with a view overlooking the outdoor pool and water slide. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with private bath, the secondary bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top) and another twin bed. Fully stocked kitchen with appliances and utensils, a Keurig coffee maker and a small compact washer & dryer. A Place at the Beach offers family fun for everyone: outdoor pool with water slide, outdoor hot tub, indoor pool with hot tub, tennis courts, mini golf... You won't need to leave! Reservations of 5 nights or more include linens and towels with beds made. This property is a Sunday to Sunday rental. NO PETS ALLOWED.

Had a great week - Enjoyed staying in this unit - have requested hold for next year - had everything you could need for a vacation while away from home -The only complaint was air didn’t cool as well as we would have liked- but it was hot but I think it was locked at a certain tempeture -

Great place great location
We didn’t get to enjoy any l thing because we got hit by a tropical storm. But this place we stayed at was perfect for my family. We would stay here again, thank you.

Great family getaway
Cute little family rental. Really enjoyed the ability to move from beach to both pools. The inside pool is nice for rainy days. Overall great location. Management contact, Hannah, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area, giving great suggestions. Will definitely be back!

Great Week!
Our family of 5 had a great week in this rental. It is spacious enough that we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. It is in a great location- a very short walk to the pool and not far from the beach. I would definitely recommend APATB to my friends and family.

Relaxing and Rejuvenating Vaca
Our unit was in an excellent location- near the pool and beach, which is where we spent all of our time. It was a breeze to move in and out of. We had a wonderful time. The amenities were excellent.

A great place to stay!
A great place to stay! The condo was great for our family of 4. And our boys loved going to the pool and waterslide after the beach! The hot tub was nice too to warm up since it was early in pool season!

Just right !
We had a great stay! The location of this condo within the complex is super convenient—easy to unload stuff from the car, steps to the pool, and close to the beach! That made everything easier with small kids. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The coffee maker died during our stay, but management staff was there within the hour to replace it with a new one! In addition to the pool and beach, we enjoyed onsite minigolf and games. Great for kids.

Great experience
The unit was great as well as the location. My only suggestion would be to update the window treatments to better filter the heat of the afternoon sun as well as the nighttime lighting from the pool and hallway. Overall, it was wonderful and we will return next year.

Convenient and clean.
The place was great! We enjoyed a very cold New Year's weekend. The space was plenty for our family of 4. It has a little wear and tear but nothing out of the ordinary. It was clean and convenient. Had a great time! I wish it had an ocean view but that can't be helped.

From the moment I arrived to A place at the beach. I just knew I was going to have an awesome stay. The realtors were really nice and helpful. The room was really huge, clean, and made me feel at home. My family and I enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool, and amazing scenery. Everyone was really nice. Thanks for the amazing time.
