Colony by the Sea is located in Indian Beach, between Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. Indian Beach is a quiet beach that’s close enough to either end of the island to have lots of options for fun, but far enough away so it’s not too crowded! The complex offers an outdoor swimming pool, sauna, outside grills & showers and elevators.
