Welcome to Tranquility! This 4th floor spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo is beautifully decorated with bright beach colors and accents. It has awesome views of the ocean, pool, and sound. A well equipped cook's kitchen with dining room seating of 8 and 4 at the bar. Each bedroom has a TV and clock radio. Master suite with king size bed has private bath and access to covered balcony. The second bedroom holds a queen size bed, the third bedroom holds two twins and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room. Balcony has table and chairs to sit and relax with your view of the ocean & pool. Unit also equipped with DVD movies/games/books/CD player/Stereo. Wireless Internet provided. No smoking and no pets. Reservations include linens and towels with freshly made beds. Located in Building B.
Summer Winds provides an amazing number of recreational amenities that make it "the vacation spot" of choice for renters year after year. Available for your leisure are three large outdoor pools with tanning decks; a heated indoor pool; both indoor and outdoor hot tubs; men and women's saunas; as well as a professionally equipped exercise facility. Our sports complex center also features racquetball, basketball, and lighted tennis courts to cater to the active competitors in your family. There is also an arcade with a snack bar. NO BOAT PARKING.
Additionally, Summer Winds offers an ideal setting for groups and meetings with its conference facilities, lounge, and security staff. Nearby you'll enjoy local dining, golf courses, and shopping.

Family Beach Vacay
Condo was very spacious, nicely decorated, well equipped, great location. Definitely would rent this unit again. The only negative... Cleaning crew needs to do a Deep Clean on the floors. Had to wear flip flops.

Beautiful family vacation
The unit was clean and fairly newly remodeled. The ac unit did not keep up with the heat, but they had shades that could be pulled to block the sun. Nice facility, lots of swimming pools, great access to the beach, quiet place for a family get away.

Queen bed
This was our fourth year. Our only complaint suggestion concerns the queen bed. It was too hard for my son and daughter-in-law to sleep on. One of the things we thought about was just add a mattress pad. That’s what you have in the room with the king bed. We hope to stay there again next summer but my kids had to spend their nights on the sofa bed. We probably will have to change units if somethings not done on the queen bed.Thanks again

Great vacation rental!
This unit is very spacious and the layout works well. The kitchen was perfect. The walk to the beach and pool is short and easy. The security guards were constantly monitoring the grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness of the property. My family will definately be returning for future vacations!

Relaxing Beach Weekend
We really enjoyed our time at Summer Winds 435. The condo was clean and comfortable.The views of the ocean were perfect and the balcony was a perfect place for morning coffee or evening cocktails! The amenities at Summer Winds are fabulous-indoor pool was great for the chilly spring days and the outdoor grill with a view of the beach was perfect for grilling fresh fish. We were able to ride our bikes to play putt-putt golf and to the local pizza/draft house for a drink overlooking the water. We will definitely be back!

Spacious and Convenient
The unit was clean and well kept. Previous reviewers had complained about the beds so I was concerned, however, we found them to be satisfactory. The king in the master has a topper on it that makes it quite comfortable. There is easy access to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with pans and dishes, but this rental does not include many extras for the beach. You will need your own beach chairs and toys or umbrellas.

Review of Summerwinds Condo 435
My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Condo. The view was wonderful of the ocean and pool and the location was great. Overall, I thought the condition of the condo was ok but I did think that the kitchen tile and bathroom tile needs to be replaced with something more current and something cleaner. It could be an improvement to have it all steam cleaned by a professional. Also, I slept in the bedroom with the queensize bed. It was very dirty under the bed with dust and trash. Housekeeping should be checked behind.

Great place, we loved it. Nice and roomy, clean and very nice.
We had a great time. Summerwinds in located in a nice quiet area. The is a gate guard 24/7 and only guests and owners are permitted. Great family atmosphere. We will definitely return. Our room was located near the elevator and we had a great view of the pool a pretty good view of the ocean. There was boat parking available onsite.

Everything about this rental was convenient. Close parking, close beach access, few restaurants right down the road & condo was right by the elevator. We had 3 toddlers with us so made a huge difference in our stay! Beautiful condo, very clean & roomy. Fully stocked kitchen where we easily cooked breakfast & made lunch for the beach. 5 stars!

Just Lovely!
This was a very nice getaway. The people working at the rental agency were super nice and helpful. The condo was clean and roomy! I will definitely be staying here again and even may condider purchasing one in the future.
