Come and enjoy a week or more in this spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit located just across from the pool. Tar Landing is the last complex before you get to Fort Macon state park. The master bedroom holds a king size bed, the second bedroom holds a queen size bed and the third bedroom holds 2 twin size beds and a bunk bed. This unit has a newly remodeled kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances and tile flooring. In the living area there is, 3 TV's, DVD player, VCR, and beach chairs. The ground level game room with TV, sofa, day bed, microwave and mini-refrigerator is perfect for children of all ages! Great views from the balconies of the Clubhouse/Pool Area and the Master Balcony has a great view of the Atlantic Ocean. Reservations of 5 nights or more include linens. This is a Non-Smoking unit and it rents Sunday to Sunday.

Awesome Home
We have been to this unit for 13 years now and we absolutely LOVE this place. It is well furnished and very clean when we get there. If we have an issue the rental company takes care of it immediately. We hope we never have to pick somewhere else for our family vacation.

Excellent Beach Getaway!
The rental and check-in process were smooth and seamless. Maintenance and repair issues were handled promptly and competently. There was some broken furniture upon arrival and electrical issues that the housekeeping staff should have reported to the rental office. Once informed, the office handled everything very satisfactorily. There were cleanliness issues in the unit, including trash in and under the sofa, in closets, and under beds. A new cleaning crew might be warranted. We've stayed in Tar Landing units quite often, and, overall, this is an excellent one.

Beautiful Beach Condo

Family vacation at the Crystal Coast of NC
We always enjoy Tar Landing and this unit did not disappoint. It was very clean and comfortable. We had plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen had the things we needed. Unit was across from the pool and a comfortable walk to the beach. Love being next to the state park where traffic is light but still a short drive to groceries, restaurants and other shopping.

Great place to stay at the beach
We have been staying at Tar Landing for the past 40 years. This is the first time at 306. It lived up to our high expectations, so we plan to return next year.

LOVE this place!!!
We have been staying in Tar Landing 306 for 10 years now. We love this place!! It was renovated about 2 years ago and is kept in really nice condition. All of the amenities are very well kept also. Very friendly neighbors on each side.

Great stay.Wish we were told the pool was closed. The pool is a major attraction for the grandkids and we could have planned ahead for alternatives.

Atlantic Beach Vacation

Great Condo for Family!
Had a wonderful week-long stay with our young children and two other family members. The condo was incredibly clean and full of every convenience we could need. The bedrooms are large and comfortable and there was plenty of space. The location is fantastic, a very short walk to the beach (through the complex and its own boardwalk) and very close to the pool. The complex itself was very quiet and family-friendly. It felt very safe and was gated. Will definitely stay here again!

Awesome vacation at Tar Landing!
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider booking again! The agents were kind and very helpful. Linens provided met our needs and the unit was found clean. We cooked every day and the Dishes, pots and pans and utensils were more than adequate to meet our needs. The kitchen was even with some of the same dishes from my own kitchen so it felt like home! The views were great and we really enjoyed both privacy and quietness of the location. Only problem with our vacation is that it has to end!

Family Vacation
Very nice condo short walk from the beach. Beautiful master suite upstairs. Great space for teams on ground floor. The owners have done a lovely job of decorating and equipping the condo. The only drawback was that it wasn't ocean front, although there is a nice view of the ocean over the dunes from the master. The Tar Landing private beach front was very nice and not crowded. The location is convenient to Atlantic Beach restaurants, grocery store and shopping. And the property is next to Fort Macon State Park, a nice off-beach day activity.The management company was very pleasant. Check in and check out were quick and painless. We did have some questions when we arrived and they answered them right away.All in all, I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. Thank you to the owners for sharing their beautiful home.

Great Weekend
This unit was spacious and well taken care of. The bedrooms were spacious. The beds comfortable. I do wish linens had been included for our 3 day stay. The top balcony had a distant view of the ocean. The lower balcony did not. For seniors the 2 flights of steps were definitely a challenge. The pool was very close to the condo and well maintained. We had a great time playing and sunbathing.
